Manforce 100 MG Tablet is a prescription tablet used mainly in men to treat the sexual problem of erectile dysfunction (ED). It is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor that relaxes and dilates the blood vessels to increase the blood flow in certain body parts.
The good blood flow will activate the muscles of the Penis in Men, helping them fix the erectile dysfunction issues they may be facing. Furthermore, Manforce 100 MG Tablet also helps treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
Men suffering from impotence or are unable to keep or get an erection should consume this tablet to solve the problem, but only after consulting it with a doctor. While consulting, you must discuss the diseases you possibly have or the medications you already are taking.
Manforce 100 MG drug does not protect users against sexually transmitted diseases ( HIV, hepatitis B, gonorrhoea, syphilis). Do not consume more than once daily. A high-calorie diet may delay the effect of the drug. The other condition that the medication is used for is pulmonary arterial hypertension.
The dosage depends on the purpose you are taking this medication for, and you must stick to the prescribed dosages. Patients taking the medicine for PAH should consume it thrice a day as the duration of the effect lasts for 2-4 hours on average.
The consumption of alcohol should be kept to a minimum level as it may trigger side effects such as dizziness, fainting, or fatigue. If you are a heart patient or have undergone bypass surgeries within the past six months, you must consult the doctor.
People suffering from kidney and liver disease must also be careful. If you have fluctuating blood pressure, you are advised to use this drug as it directly interferes with the blood flow.
Overdosage/Toxicology: In studies with healthy volunteers of single doses up to 800 mg, adverse events were similar to those seen at lower doses, but incidence rates were increased.
Inform prescriber of all other medications you are taking; serious side effects can result when sildenafil is used with nitrates and some other medications. Do not combine sildenafil with other approaches to treating erectile dysfunction without consulting the prescriber.
Note that sildenafil does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. You may experience headache, flushing, or abnormal vision (blurred or increased sensitivity to light); use caution when driving at night or in poorly lit environments.
Report immediately acute allergic reactions, chest pain or palpitations, persistent dizziness, signs of urinary tract infection, rash, respiratory difficulties, genital swelling, or other adverse reactions.
